Somewhere in London, Ricky Gervais is salivating at the mouth!
And it looks like the controversial actor will be getting yet another introductory jab from the comedian — as Gibson is set to present at this year’s ceremony!
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced on Monday that the 60-year-old would be presenting, along with one of our favorite actresses:
We doubt Olivia Wilde will have to face the wrath of Ricky…
But back in 2010, Gervais poked fun at the actor’s heavily publicized drunk driving arrest in which he made anti-Semitic remarks, saying:
“I like a drink as much as the next man, unless the next man is Mel Gibson.”
We can’t wait to see what verbal hand grenades the host has in store for the actor/director — along with the rest of Hollywood’s elite — when the Globe airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on NBC!
