Kristin Cavallari Dishes Out A Step-By-Step Plan For Getting Back In Shape After Giving Birth!

Kristin Cavallari has that post-baby lifestyle down to a science.

The TV personality welcomed her third child Saylor nearly two months ago, and now is dishing on how to get back in shape after giving birth.

The little girl joined big bros Camden Jack Cutler, 3, and Jaxon Wyatt Cutler, 1.

In a new interview with E! News, Jay Cutler‘s love says it’s all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, even before the delivery:

“It starts with maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. I worked out and ate the way I normally do: healthy 80% of the time, and 20% I ate whatever I wanted. I also worked out until a week before I had Saylor.”

The Balancing In Heels author continued:

“Breastfeeding helps a lot and eating the way I always do after having her. I avoid processed food as much as possible and I rely on tons of veggies, protein and complex carbs. I eat real food, including bacon and butter. I stay away from certain additives, which I talk a lot about in my book, and I eat organic as much as possible. I mostly eat at home and cook my meals so I know exactly what I am getting.”

Miz Cavallari tries to exercise as much as possible in between juggling her career, the kids, and her NFLer husband:

“I just started lifting weights with my trainer but he’s been kicking my butt. We do fast-paced workouts to burn more calories to lose the baby weight while lifting heavy weight. I’m working out with him twice a week and then two or three days I do DVDS, lunges, squats and sit ups at home.”

Sounds like a good lifestyle to maintain whether you’ve just given birth or not!
