Sarah Palin Blames Her Son’s Arrest On Barack Obama Not Caring About Veterans! See What She Said At Wednesday’s Donald Trump Rally!

That’s one way to address a controversy…

Earlier this week, Sarah Palin‘s son Track Palin was arrested for domestic violence and weapons charges.

During Donald Trump‘s rally in Oklahoma on Wednesday, the former Alaska governor addressed the “elephant in the room” by blaming her son’s arrest on her favorite scapegoat — President Barack Obama!

Speaking at the campaign stop, the 51-year-old pinned her son’s arrest on the lack of respect she alleged POTUS has for military veterans, saying:

“My son, like so many others, they come back a bit different, they come back hardened. They come back wondering if there is that respect for what it is that their fellow soldiers and airman and every other member of the military so sacrificially have given to this country.”

According to Palin, who officially endorsed Trump this week, that negligence “starts from the top.” She added:

“That comes from our own president. Where they have to look at him and wonder, ‘Do you know what we go through? Do you know what we’re trying to do to secure America?'”

While it’s no doubt that the political figure is a leading voice on military veterans and their health, her son’s arrest seems a bit too fresh to be exploited in a stump speech.

She continued:

“So when my own son is going through what he goes through coming back, I can certainly relate with other families who kind of feel these ramifications of some PTSD and some of the woundedness that our soldiers do return with. And it makes me realize, more than ever, it is now or never, for the sake of America’s finest, that we have that commander-in-chief who will respect them and honor them.”

We agree with Palin’s stance that veterans should be honored and respected by the President, but definitely think more issues are at play than his beef with the president.

We mean, is she implying that most U.S. soldiers have problems hitting women?? That’s pretty offensive.

Either way, we do hope Track gets the help he needs.
