We never thought we’d see the day!
Ethan Couch has become a national pain in the ass ever since he killed four people in a drunk driving accident back in 2013 and was only given 10 years probation on account of his “affluenza.”
Unsatisfied with his outrageously clementine sentencing, the now-18-year-old broke his probation in December by getting caught playing beer pong and chose to flee the country with his mother to avoid penalty.
After the pair was located due to ordering a pizza online, Tonya Couch was immediately returned to the US from Mexico and charged with hindering the apprehension of a felon, but Ethan had been detained while fighting his extradition.
Well, it looks like Ethan’s prolonged vacation has officially come to an end, because he is currently in flight en route to Texas and should be in American custody within the hour.
On February 19 the court will decide whether or not Ethan’s case will be transferred to the adult system from juvenile — and if he is tried as an adult and ever breaks his probation again, he could go to jail for 40 years; that’s ten years per death!
Do U foresee this whole mess working out in the Affluenza Teen’s favor yet again??
