Ryan Reynolds Proves He’s A Real Life Superhero As He Asks Deadpool Fans To Support Young Fan With Cancer!

Ryan Reynolds isn’t just winning over movie and comic book fans with his MASSIVELY successful superhero flick Deadpool, he’s winning our hearts with his charity!

That’s because the 39-year-old actor revealed this weekend that he stopped by a hospital in Edmonton, Alberta to visit a pretty big Deadpool fan, Connor McGrath who suffers from acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The 13-year-old has been battling his cancer since age 10 and his family and friends have been trying to raise money recently in order to send Connor to the U.S. for an experimental cancer treatment.

A bit of good news for Connor is Reynolds didn’t just stop by for a visit — he brought him the first copy of the Deadpool movie too! The Hollywood hunk shared on Facebook:

The FIRST person to see Deadpool, donating to McGrath’s crowdfunding site, AND a post asking others to donate?! Ryan really IS a superhero!

Supporters of the teenager started a YouCaring campaign in hopes of raising $800,000 for the costly therapy in Philadelphia.
