Kesha Opens Up About Dr. Luke Ruling In A Lengthy, Sentimental Statement — Read It HERE!

Read what she has to say here.

On Tuesday, Kesha broke her silence after being denied her injunction bid against Dr. Luke.

In that post, she thanked fans and fellow celebs for their show of support, and promised that she’d be making a longer statement on the subject.

Well, here it is, Perezcious readers.

On Wednesday, the blonde beauty took to Facebook to share her sentiments on the scandal, but first she wanted to once again express her gratitude to everyone who stood by her side, writing:

“I’m so, so beyond humbled and thankful for all of the support I’ve received from everyone. Words cannot really express the emotions I’ve gone through reading and seeing how amazing everyone has been to me. I can’t believe that so many people all over the world took the time to show me support and love. Other entertainers who knowingly put their own careers at stake by supporting me, I will be forever grateful.”

While the Sony producer claimed the pop princess is lying about her assault allegations in order to land a better contract, the songbird shut that theory down, saying:

“All I ever wanted was to be able to make music without being afraid, scared, or abused. This case has never been about a renegotiation of my record contract ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ it was never about getting a bigger, or a better deal. This is about being free from my abuser. I would be willing to work with Sony if they do the right thing and break all ties that bind me to my abuser.”

She also added:

“I think about young girls today ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I don’t want my future daughter ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ or your daughter ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ or any person to be afraid that they will be punished if they speak out about being abused, especially if their abuser is in a position of power.”

We can’t help but wonder if this part is her way of responding to the leaked video from her 2011 deposition, in which she swore under oath that she never had sex with — or was drugged by — the hitmaker.

The 28-year-old continued to use her speech to raise awareness about how sexual abuse and rape victims are often too scared to come forward, especially when the justice system doesn’t seem to be equipped to help:

“Unfortunately I don’t think that my case is giving people who have been abused confidence that they can speak out, and that’s a problem. But I just want to say that if you have been abused, please don’t be afraid to speak out. There are places that will make you feel safe. There are people who will help you. I for one, will stand beside you and behind you. I know now how this all feels and will forever fight for you the way perfect strangers have been fighting for me.”

She finished by saying she just wants everyone — men AND women — to feel safe. Ch-ch-check out the full post (below):
