Demi Lovato slays once again!
The Confident songstress has a habit of stealing the show while giving a tribute performance to a music legend; during this year’s Grammy awards, the pop star honored Lionel Richie with some top notch vocals performing Hello!
President Barack Obama must have watched that performance, because Demz was invited to to honor Ray Charles on Wednesday at the final White House “In Performance” event of his presidency!
The night was full of AH-Mazing performances from Jussie Smollet, Alabama Shakes‘ frontwoman Brittany Howard, and Usher — who closed out the evening with a crowd-pleasing performance of Georgia On My Mind!
But it was Demi who brought down the house with a brassy performance of You Don’t Know Me — and got the crowd to swaying to her soulful vocals!
Ch-ch-check out the show-stealing performance (below)!
