Yolanda Hadid Tells Dr. Oz How Bella’s Lyme Disease Kept Her From The Olympics! See The Emotional Interview!

She coulda been a contender.

Yolanda Hadid‘s battle with Lyme disease has been heavily documented this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she’s not the only member of her famous family fighting the illness.

Both Bella Hadid, 19, and Anwar Hadid, 16, reportedly suffer from the disease as well, but we don’t usually hear too much about their struggles.

However, Lymarita made a teary-eyed appearance on Dr. Oz Tuesday where she revealed that Bella actually wanted to be an Olympic horseback rider before contracting Lyme, saying:

“Bella wanted to be a professional horseback rider, and her dream was to go to the Olympics. She’s been on a horse every day of her life since she was two years old. And all of a sudden she jumped 4-foot-5 courses and you need to have a very sharp brain in order to do the calculations. And she started making mistakes.

All of a sudden instead of a six stride, she was trying to do it in a four stride or a seven stride and big accidents started happening.”

Good thing she’s strong enough to walk down a runway.

Plus, YoYo made sure to let us know that Bella’s case isn’t quite as bad as hers. Obviously.

Ch-ch-check out Yolanda’s enlightening Dr. Oz appearance (above)!!!
