Ben Carson Didn’t Want To Endorse Donald Trump — But The GOP Frontrunner Bribed Him With A Position In His Administration!

Well this explains that awkward TV interview from yesterday

Former presidential candidate Ben Carson officially endorsed Donald Trump this week, which seemed like a weird decision at the time.

Well, now we know a little more: a new TV interview from Carson just revealed the neurosurgeon would be given a position in Trump’s administration — making that endorsement make a little more sense!

Speaking on Newsmax TV, Carson indicated he’d be on with The Donald, at least in an “advisory capacity”:

“I do believe, and certainly in my discussions with Donald Trump, he does love America and he does want to be successful. He will surround himself with very good people. I will be doing things as well ├óΓé¼┬ª Certainly in an advisory capacity [in Trump’s administration].”

The kicker, though, is that Carson didn’t want to endorse the real estate mogul until the pot was sweetened with the promise of a position! In fact, he wished for a different “scenario” than a Trump nomination:

“I didn’t see a path for [John] Kasich, who I like, or for [Marco] Rubio, who I like. As far as [Ted] Cruz is concerned, I don’t think he’s gonna be able to draw independents and Democrats, unless has has some kind of miraculous change. Is there another scenario that I would have preferred? Yes. But that scenario isn’t available.”

That said, Carson remained mum on exactly what he’d be doing with Trump:

“We haven’t handled out all the details but it is very important that we work together in this country. Again, I’m not going to reveal any details about it right now because all of this is still very liquid.”

Liquid… that’s exactly what Carson’s backbone is made of after endorsing Trump just to get something in return!

This last quote tells it all, though, folks. Just check out Carson’s VERY convincing endorsement of The Donald (below):

“Even if Donald Trump turns out not to be such a great president, which I don’t think is the case, I think he’s going to surround himself with really good people, but even if he didn’t, we’re only looking at four years as opposed to multiple generations and perhaps the loss of the American dream forever.”

Holy smokes! Carson doesn’t even believe in Trump and yet, here we are.

Way to stick to your principles!

What do U think about Carson rolling over for The Donald??
