Donald Trump is busy running one of the most ridiculous right wing campaigns of all time — yet still somehow has the time to compulsively tweet every thought that comes into his head.
But even though the presidential hopeful takes the time to compose every single one of his Twitter gems, he’s doesn’t always have time to send them!
During a town hall on CNN with Anderson Cooper on Tuesday night, the GOP frontrunner said that during his busy hours, he will “just shout” out what he’s thinking to one of his secretaries.
“During the day, in the office, I just shout it out to one of the young ladies who are tremendous, and I’ll just shout it out and they’ll do it. But during the evenings, after 7 o’clock or so, I’ll do it by myself.”
Good to know no matter the time, we’re hearing it straight from the horse’s mouth!
While the Donald noted he was all about the power of social media, he admitted retweeting gets him “in trouble.”
The candidate sat alongside his family at the town hall — including his wife Melania, daughters Ivanka and Tiffany, and sons Donald Jr. and Eric — where they discussed what the patriarch was like at home.
Unsurprisingly, the 69-year-old was strict with his kids, reminding them “no alcohol, no cigarettes, no drugs,” every day at the breakfast table.
Though the kids didn’t appreciate the daily reminder, they see now as adults “how much that was an important message.”
Ivanka and Eric also opened up about not being able to vote for their dad in the New York primary election next week — explaining that they will not participate because they aren’t registered as Republicans. Ivanka said:
“I’m an Independent, I’ve always voted based on the candidate, as opposed to based on the party.”
Hmm├óΓé¼┬ª that’s a different answer than we got earlier this week, when Trump said his two children wouldn’t be voting because they forgot to register!
We guess seeming like unbiased voters is much more appealing than coming across as forgetful children! LOLz!
