Snapchat may want to rethink their newest update in honor of 4/20.
The popular social media platform rolled out a new facial recognition filter starring Bob Marley early Wednesday morning, and it’s already getting called out for being offensive and blackface.
When used, it adds his dreads and cap to your head, but also darkens your skin tone to make you look the famous musician.
But apparently Kylie Jenner didn’t see anything wrong with it, as she showed it off on Snapchat!
Sigh. Watch the snap (below):

Twitter users have already started calling out the beauty maven, writing:
In the day’s least surprising news, Kylie Jenner used that god awful Bob Marley Snapchat filter.

This isn’t the 18-year-old’s first brush with cultural appropriation either. After debuting cornrows almost a year ago, Kylizzle received tons of backlash, which she didn’t take kindly to.
Sadly, we doubt KJ is the only person using the newest filter.
We can only hope it’s not long before it gets taken down though.
What do U think???
