Drake Shares His Views On Newest Album He Just Dropped — Get The Deets!

It’s no real surprise when an high-profile artist like Drake just drops an album whenever he wants, but it doesn’t make it any less exciting!

Sure, we knew the album was coming, got a peek at the track list, and even got some info about Drizzy’s Summer Sixteen tour, but now that the Canadian rapper’s newest record, Views — formerly titled Views From The 6 — is here, we can’t focus on anything else!

That’s right, the Hotline Bling rapper officially released his fourth studio album Thursday night on iTunes and Apple Music.

Not only that, but the album features other A-List artists like Kanye West, Jay Z, Rihanna, as well as Future, PartyNextDoor, Popcaan, the late Pimp C, WizKid, and dvsn.

Before the it dropped though, the Toronto rapper took to Instagram to share some more details about the project, along with a gushing thank-you to his producer Noah “40” Shebib (below):

The Toronto rapper never forgets those who help him! Ch-ch-check it out as he raves about his producer:

Before we do this I just wanna say thanks man. Thank you for the years you spent working with some of Toronto’s true legends honing your craft. Thanks you for dropping everything to work with me after we met and realized we had something special. Thank you for pushing yourself despite the fact you should be resting to achieve an end goal that we are both obsessed with. Thank you for listening to me vent and talking me off ledges. Thank you for talking me out of sending every good song I make to someone else ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ. Thank you for reminding me that we set out to do something more than just have the biggest song in the club or the biggest song of the month. Thank you for building SOTA. Thank you for caring about the people in this city as much as I do. Thank you for a lifetime of hard work and surreal moments. This story would have gone a lot different without you. Thank you 40 (aka DB40 aka Cuarenta aka Bibber aka My brother). Text me when you are ready to start the next one ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ @ovo40A photo posted by champagnepapi (@champagnepapi) on Apr 28, 2016 at 5:32pm PDT

What’s partially so impressive about this is that it’s the 29-year-old’s third high-profile release since February 2015, when he dropped the mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.

The following September, Drake released a joint record with Future titled What A Time to Be Alive. Talk about staying busy!

While Apple Music currently has the exclusive streaming rights, if you have an account, you can either listen to it HERE or buy it on iTunes!
