Have we met the next Mark Zuckerberg!?
Facebook has a well-known bug bounty program in which they reward anyone who discovers and reports any vulnerabilities on the site.
And the social media titan just commissioned their youngest bug bounty hunter yet — after rewarding a 10-year-old Finnish boy $10,000!
According to reports by Finnish newspaper Iltalehti, budding programmer Jani discovered a bug that allowed him to delete other user’s Instagram comments.
The young tech wiz shared his plans for spending the small fortune, saying he was excited to treat himself to a new soccer ball and a bicycle.
So, we guess he’s waiting to catch a few more bugs before he inevitably launches his revolutionary startup company.
Facebook — which owns IG — has shelled out over $4.3 million to over 800 programmers worldwide since the program started five years ago.
Thanks for making the internet a safer place, Jani — even though you’re a bit too young to be using Instagram in the first place! LOlz!
