It’s no surprise that Kim Zolciak Biermann‘s body be bangin’.

So, just how does the momma-of-six keep it tight?!

Well, the gorgeous gal decided to share her bikini body secrets with E! News, and we decided to share them with YOU, especially since summer’s right around the corner!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum explained that, regardless of regimen, there’s one key ingredient for for a slammin’ bod that’s swimsuit-ready!

She spilled:

“I think getting ready for bikini season is water. No matter what you really eat, if you hydrate, and drink lots and lots of water, everything’s flushing out your system.”

Considering our bodies are about 60% water anyway, that makes a lot of sense! The lovely lady also added that it’s really good for your skin, so that’s a plus!

But water alone won’t cut it!

The fierce female also admitted that cardio is important, too. The good news? Hitting the gym isn’t the only way to get that heart rate elevated!

The Florida native reveals how she gets that workout in, saying:

“And I think just chasing my kids, like I don’t sit down. I tell my husband, I generally don’t work out a lot, I’m not at the gym two hours a day. I don’t have time for that unfortunately.”

Miz Zolciak-Biermann even revealed that this diet decision probably helps her keep the weight off too, adding:

“And plus, I don’t eat red meat, which I don’t think a lot of people know. I just don’t like it. I didn’t grow up on it. I just don’t like it. There’s no other reason. I do eat chicken and poultry, I think that probably helps. And wine, honey. Wine definitely helps. Wine every meal is my remedy.”

1. Water. Always.
2. Cardio is key, no matter how you work it in.
3. Cut back on the red meat.

But the celeb stressed that you don’t have to be stick thin to have a beautiful body, exclaiming:

“I’m a little curvaceous, per say. I think having a little meat on your bones is good. As long as you’re comfortable in your own skin, it’s great. If you’re a little thicker, but your skin is fresh and soft and toned, I think that’s amazing.”
