Maroon 5 Cancels North Carolina Shows Over Anti-LGBT Bill!

Now you can add Maroon 5 to the seemingly endless list of bands that’s taking a stand against anti-LGBT laws!

The Adam Levine-fronted rock group announced on Friday morning that they have decided to cancel two upcoming concerts in North Carolina in direct response to the controversial and bigoted transgender bathroom bill the state signed into law in March.

The group took to Facebook with their announcement (below), revealing what they thought about the dangerous and absurd House Bill 2 that outlaws transgender public bathroom use:

Another musical act boycotting the state, and now another little bit of egg on the face of the state’s clueless, bigoted governor, Pat McCrory.

Think North Carolina will finally learn their lesson like their neighbors in Georgia did?!
