The truth hurts…

Gwen Stefani has had one heck of a career resurgence in the last year after breaking up with Gavin Rossdale, joining The Voice, dating Blake Shelton, and finally scoring her first No. 1 album!

However, for some reason her high level of fame is not translating into ticket sales for her This Is What the Truth Feels Like Tour.

The concert series with fellow ’90s icon Eve is scheduled to kick off at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Mass. on July 12, and while there are only seven weeks until the show, Gwen hasn’t even sold a third of the venue!

A source close to the Make Me Like You singer shared the bad news with In Touch this week, saying:

“Her tour kicks off July 12 in Massachusetts and only 5,000 tickets have been sold in a venue that holds 18,000 — and that was after the huge promotion in which her tickets were being sold discounted on Groupon.

In the ’90s, when she was with No Doubt, she’d sell out stadiums all the time.”

That doesn’t sound very promising…

Ch-ch-check out a visual of how poorly Gwen is selling in Mansfield (below)!!!
