Back in 2012, the country superstar opened Pink Pistol boutique in OK — which she has now decided to consolidate exclusively to the flagship store in her hometown of Lindale, Texas.
In a statement, the Little Red Wagon singer explained:
“It feels full circle to have everything under one ‘roof’ basically where it all began in my hometown of Lindale. I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store. Sometimes you need to close a chapter to build on a new beginning or go back home.”
But have no fear, one (wo)man’s trash is another man’s treasure!
Blake has purchased the property where PP used to be — and has some plans of his own for the space!
The 39-year-old crooner said:
“As a resident of Tishomingo, I am very sorry that the Pink Pistol has decided to move its operations out of the area. We all as a community appreciate everything it has done for our town. As for the actual properties left behind, I was offered the opportunity to buy them and I have a plan brewing.”
Hmm… Brewing?? Possibly Blake’s Bar will become a reality?!
