Little Boy Accidentally Destroys $15K LEGO Disney Sculpture — See The Damage!

Look but don’t touch!

An artist by the name of Mr. Zhao spent hours upon hours creating a LEGO statue replica of the main fox character, Nick Wilde, from Disney‘s Zootopia for a LEGO expo in China — only to have it destroyed by a child!

After Zhao took pictures and chronicled the building of the work of art, he only got to display his LEGO Nick for a couple of hours at the expo in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province over the weekend before a boy about four to five years old came by and pushed it over!

If that’s not depressing enough, the statue was valued at around 100,000 yuan — roughly $15,000!

The most surprising news out of this whole story is that the artist accepted the parents’ apology for their son’s accident and didn’t even request any compensation.

Apparently, Mr. Zhao insisted that it was merely a mistake saying:

“The child did not intend to break it.”

Talk about understanding!

Sure, accidents happen, but we’d be SO sick if we spent three days on a piece of hart to have it destroyed so quickly!

Do you think Zhao should be given some sort of compensation?!
