This is so cute!

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon have the realest bromance around — in fact, it’s so strong, it’s not official: the two were just named the Guys Of The Decade at Spike‘s 10th Annual Guys Choice Awards!

The show, which was taped last night but will air on Spike TV on Thursday, had the two legendary actors get up in front of everybody and deliver an acceptance speech for the unorthodox award, too, and it sounds HIGHlarious!

It started off with Affleck sounding SO excited about thing (below):

“I think it goes without saying that this is an award Matt and I have been dreaming about since we were little boys. I did Gigli and Matt did that Liberace movie and all of a sudden it all seemed out of reach. Then I did [Batman v Superman] and all of a sudden it was back in reach again. Now we’re the … coveted Dudes of the Decade … the Guys of the D*ckheads?” he continued. “What is it?”

Damon had to correct Affleck at that point to name the actual award (which he called the ‘D*ckheads Of The Decade’) and the two then wrapped things up and left the audience wanting more.

Shilo Harris, an Army veteran and motivational speaker who was there for the night, shared more info about his talk with Affleck backstage, and the general attitude of both Affleck at the event, too (below):

“He was a great man. He asked me what I do, and I told him that I was a motivational speaker, and that recently we’ve been combatting the epidemic of veteran suicides. You know what, I kept talking and he kept listening. So I’m very proud of that.”

At one point later in the night, too, Matt did get serious about his career with Ben, and shared a great quote about their long, winding careers:

“For all the amazing successes I’ve been lucky to share, few things have shaped me more than the auditions Ben and I used to go on as young actors, where we’d get on a bus, show up in New York, wait our turn, cry our hearts out for a scene and then be told, ‘Okay, thanks,’ meaning game over. We used to call it, ‘Okay, thanks,’ and those experiences became our honor.”

Awww!! Love it!

You can watch the whole thing go down on Thursday night, when the Guys Choice Awards airs on Spike at 9:00 p.m. ET.
