Kim Kardashian West‘s nude selfies still seem to be such a hot topic!
In fact, talking with Kara Swisher on her Recode Decode podcast, the reality TV starlet dished on all the “outrage” her most recent one caused.
Well, she explained her reaction to their reactions, saying:
“I truly was baffled when people still cared. They have seen me naked 500 times. The censor bar literally was probably more covered than a bikini. I could not grasp how people were so outraged.”
But she maintains she’s never posting anything for the controversy. Kim shared of her thought process:
“If I like the photo, and I’m into it, I’ll post it…I just think it looks good. I’m really not trying to cause a reaction… My personality has never been, ‘I’m such a feminist and follow me and be naked!’ If you are conservative and that’s how you are comfortable, more power to you. I respect you. You don’t have to look at what I do.”
Of course, that doesn’t mean she’s immune to all the negative comments she gets, which she says she sees mostly on Instagram. However, the 35-year-old doesn’t pay attention to it anymore.
“I have such a thick skin. I’ve been in the business for a longtime, and there’s always been a lot of haters in the work that I do. People used to always say, ‘Don’t read the magazines. Don’t pay attention,’ and it was so hard. I used to say I didn’t but I really still cared. I’m at a point where I really don’t care so it doesn’t affect me… The people I worry about are my little sisters.”
Well, good for her! Sounds like Miz Kardashian West has it figured out, and maybe she can impart some words of wisdom to the rest of her family.
Of course, the hawt momma also had to mention that though she doesn’t regularly feed to the haters:
“Every once in a while I love a good clap back.”
LOLz! Yes, she certainly does!
And the rest of her interview on social media was completely interesting, especially with what she added about how much of her life she shares post-marriage and babies.
Speaking on life now, Kim dished:
“Pre-marriage, pre-babies, the answer would have been everything was shareable. After, I would say I keep a good 30 percent to myself.”
It’s almost crazy to think that the public sees 70% of her life!
She’s clearly juggling it well! Want to hear even more of Kim K’s thoughts? You can listen to her entire interview (below):
