This story just keeps getting more heartbreaking as time goes on.
The United States is currently recuperating from the most fatal mass shooting in American history, but the death toll is especially hard on the LGBT community.
The terrorist attack took place during Latino Night at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida early Sunday morning, where 49 individuals were killed with another 53 injured, most of whom identified as queer.
While this news is impossible to rationalize, one of the best things to come from this tragedy has been the outpouring of love the city of Orlando has displayed for their gay brothers and sisters.
Blood donations in Florida reached an all-time high on Sunday, and now people outside the state can help out as well!
Crowdrise is a website similar to GoFundMe, and they’ve already raised $34,531 in just a few hours.
Plus, if you want to learn even more about specific local charities, you can visit their website HERE!!!
Hopefully this money can help the friends and families of the 49 victims during their time of need.
