As you may remember, previous years have given us an incredible look at star athletes who make health and fitness a priority through interviews and wonderfully gorgeous nude pictures of the stars doing what they do best!

Well, it’s June again which means there’s another Body Issue of ESPN Magazine right around the corner and we’re thrilled to learn that Dwyane Wade will be front and center!

In addition to the Miami Heat star, there will be ten men and nine women featured in the magazine for the story that will also include UFC fighter Conor McGregor, Super Bowl MVP Von Miller, and Chicago Cubs pitcher Jake Arrieta, Olympic diving legend Greg Louganis, soccer player Christen Press, boxer Claressa Shields, NFL stars Antonio Brown and Vince Wilfork, as well as duathlete Chris Moiser — the first transgender athlete to pose!

ESPN’s editor in chief took to Twitter to share a tweet of all the athletes that will appear:

As for Wade’s thoughts on taking on the Body Issue, the 34-year-old said:

“It’s bigger than me showing my body off. That’s not as important to me as telling a story of overcoming a fear. It hopefully gives someone confidence to really be their authentic self.”

Interestingly enough, the former NBA champ had turned down the magazine’s offer for the past seven years before agreeing this year.

As for the female perspective of the issue, Press talked a bit about body image dishing:

“I’ve spent a lot of time being insecure about my body, but it’s done so much for me. It’s my tool, my vessel for my job. I’m very grateful for the way that I feel when I play. I feel very powerful, I feel fast, I feel unstoppable, and that’s because of my body.”

Louganis offered a slightly different perspective as he’s a 56-year-old who is HIV positive and explained:

“When I look around at my contemporaries, I’d say I’m probably in better shape than most of them. It’s all about making healthy choices. I think HIV has helped motivate me mentally and physically. I look at working out and doing something physically active every day as being as important as taking my meds. HIV taught me that I’m a lot stronger than I ever believed I was. I didn’t think I would see 30, and here I am at 56.”
