Pok├â┬⌐mon Go is the craze that’s taken over the world — and gotten tons of gamers to explore it!
And that can lead to people seeing things no one expected…
Just last week, a dead body was found in Wyoming by a player using the popular game app. And now ANOTHER one was found in New Hampshire!
Police in Nashua, NH are currently investigating a body that was found floating in the water in Salmon Brook around 2 pm on Thursday behind Holocaust Memorial!
The man’s body was of course found by someone playing Pok├â┬⌐mon Go — because that’s how you find dead bodies these days, right? Nashua Police Lt. Rob Giggi said in a statement:
“The person who found the victim today was playing this Pokemon game, which led him to kind of an obscure spot in downtown Nashua.”
Shortly after the discovery, authorities were alerted and the man’s body was sent for an autopsy. The man’s name is being withheld until his family can be notified.
Though there aren’t any results yet, Giggi did say:
“At this point it doesn’t look like anything suspicious.”
Apparently the area is already pretty popular with Pokémon Go players because there are a ton of hot spots around there.
Interestingly enough, reports also stated:
“It is unclear what caused the man’s death, and whether he was also playing Pokemon GO.”
