Taylor Swift Is Thinking About Taking Kimye To Court For Releasing The Privately-Recorded Famous Phone Call

Drama, drama, drama!

As we previously reported, Taylor Swift‘s team threatened Kanye West with legal action back in February for secretly recording their telephone exchange re: Famous lyrics. In the legal letter, Tay’s attorneys explained how it was a criminal offense in the state of California (as they were reportedly in CA at the time of the call) — and they wouldn’t hesitate to take action if Ye doesn’t “immediately destroy all such recordings.” Woof.

So now that the phone call has been heard ’round the world thanks to Kim Kardashian West‘s Snapchat — we’re all left wondering if it’s the 26-year-old will actually follow through and file a criminal report!

According to TMZ, that is very much a possibility.

The outlet reports the Shake It Off songstress hasn’t made an official decision, but is weighing her options as to whether or not to take the KUWTK star to court. It’s also unclear if Kanye is at risk or just his devoted fan wife.

This all just leads us to wonder if T. Swift was unknowingly recorded or if there’s some sort of proof she knew she was a part of the rapper’s documentary. If she did know, it’s definitely game over.

Kim’s gotta have some sort of secret security blanket, right??

Only time will tell!
