Chris Brown Gets Clean Sweep Against Nia Guzman, Keeps Joint Custody Of Daughter Royalty In HUGE Legal Win

Wow — this is a HUGE victory for Chris Brown!

The rapper was in custody court this week against his ex, and baby momma, Nia Guzman, and she came away losing again and again and again after Breezy’s lawyers won him a massive victory surrounding their daughter, Royalty.

It all started when Nia lost out on every single request she had regarding custody of the two-year-old.

That means a judge (a) denied her full custody of Royalty, (b) denied her request to have monitored visitation when Breezy was around, (c) denied her request wanting to forbid Chris’ mom from seeing the baby girl, and (d) denied Nia when it came to asking Chris to submit to drug tests.

0-for-4, and Nia is out of there!

Only… that’s not the whole story.

Not only did a judge kept the status quo, and Chris was again granted joint custody (which means he gets Royalty now 12 days a month), but Nia lost SO badly that the judge ordered her to pay back Breezy for the attorney fees that he had given to her!

Back when Nia initially filed these docs, a judge had ordered Chris to pay her $20,000 so she could find a lawyer — but Nia lost so badly, she is now on the hook for the money and needs to send it on back to Mr. Brown!

Currently, Nia gets $2,500 a month in child support from Chris, despite wanting more than $16,000.

Judging by the way these denials came down on here, maybe wanting $16k in child support isn’t likely to happen, either.
