You win some, you lose some!

Michael Phelps may be getting most of the attention when it comes to swimming at the 2016 Summer Olympics, but it’s actually his strongest competitor that just went viral.

As you may have seen, America’s favorite gold medalist lost the 100m Butterfly Final in Rio on Friday night to 21-year-old Joseph Schooling of Singapore.

However, as if beating the best swimmer in the history of the sport wasn’t an accomplishment in itself, Joe got the Twitter seal of approval over the weekend when a former Tinder match of his made his account go viral!

Apparently, 20-year-old Sabryna Salazar matched with Joseph back in April, but after exchanging a single message, promptly forgot about the ripped hottie.

Unfortunately for Sabryna, she quickly remembered him when she saw that he had won gold, lamenting on Twitter:

We feel for you, Sabs.

But hey, at least she has a sense of humor about it all!

The University of Texas student recounted the moment she realized she had made a terrible mistake to Daily Mail on Sunday, saying:

“I was watching Michael Phelps in the 100m butterfly race and then Joseph won. I noticed the name sounded familiar and the announcers kept saying he was a Longhorn, so I looked back through my Tinder matches and found out it was him.”

Unfortunately for Sabryna, Joey is now happily in a relationship… but we guess the moral of the story is: You snooze, you lose!!!

Do U think Sabryna and Joseph could still have a future together??
