‘The Gay Bachelor‘ Wasn’t Just A RentBoy In The Past… He Also Did Sexual Videos & Was Maybe Racist?!

no title

This is not the best look, Robbie…

As you’ve probably heard by now, Logo thought they struck gold when they cast the practically perfect Robert Sep├â┬║lveda Jr. as the lead in their gay version of The Bachelor, Finding Prince Charming.

Unfortunately, just a few days after it was discovered that he used to work as a RentBoy in Florida back in 2006, the 33-year-old interior designer has found himself in YET ANOTHER scandal!

To make matters worse for his image, in addition to working as a RentBoy, Robert has multiple sexual videos making the Internet rounds — but we’re not complaining about that part!

While sex work may not be something to be ashamed of, according to one of Robert’s former clients, he may have had issues with something much worse: racism!

Sure this was all ten years ago, but based on a negative review for Rob’s services, one potential John sure felt as though the RentBoy was not into black men, saying:

“I called him and we chatted briefly and I told him that I wanted to see him, we made plans for 11 p.m. He then asked me to tell him a little about me, so I did. He then asked me what race am I, and I told him I am an African American. Immediately after that he said he said he would call me back in a few minutes. I got in the shower and dressed up a little to prepare for our meeting. As it got closer and closer to 11 p.m., I never heard back from him. I then called him up, and he said he was going to call me to let me know that he can’t come to see me. I said well I will come to you because I was really looking forward to meeting you, he then said that he thinks he has something else to do. I have been told that he doesn’t like African American men by some of the people I met since I’ve been here but from looking at his photos I thought he looked like an honest Latin man working perhaps to pay school or whatever. I am taking this time to write this because I want everyone to know that this individual is not worth your money if he looks down on people because of their color. He never even took the time to get to know me because as I recall as soon as he asked me what’s my race he was ready to hang up the phone, in which he did and left me thinking he was on his way to visit with me.”

We’re not about to judge consensual sex between two grown adults… we just really hope Robert has a good response to this guy’s story. For what it’s worth, Robert’s lawyer denies the allegation.

If he rejected the guy based on race, that’s awful — but we don’t know that for sure that was the reason!

Still, the first-ever gay Bachelor better not be some racist, Logo…

Needless to say, it’ll be interesting to see how Robert interacts with his three black suitors once Finding Prince Charming premieres Thursday, September 8 at 9 p.m. EST on Logo!
