Sharon Osbourne talks her mental breakdown.

Sharon Osbourne is going into even more detail about her mental breakdown.

As we previously reported, the 63-year-old briefly touched upon it on The Talk earlier this week, but now she’s opening up about exactly what she was battling while seeking treatment at a facility for her health issues and serious depression.

The TV personality bravely shared with Natalie Morales on Access Hollywood:

“I had given up. I just couldn’t deal. At a very low point in my life, I was very frightened about what was going on with me mentally and the thoughts that were going into my head constantly.”

Sharon even tried to describe what was racing through her brain at the time:

“These thoughts coming into my head and pictures and people’s faces and I couldn’t control my head, but I couldn’t verbalize it. I just didn’t have the strength to even say I need help, help me because I just couldn’t talk I was just flat, gone.”

Thankfully, it sounds like the daytime TV show co-host is in control of her condition now!

And while she has her son Jack Osbourne to thank for finding her a facility to seek treatment in, the momma of three also revealed it was Ozzy Osbourne who actually took her to the hospital initially.

Speaking on their current relationship following his affair, Miz Osbourne divulged:

“We are working it out. I can’t imagine my life without him, and he can’t imagine his life without me, and everything that goes in between. I don’t know what else could happen in our lives that can try and separate us but things happen and we come right back together again.”

Sharon finished her interview with one last thought on depression, explaining:

“I think if you are born with [depression] you have it all your life, and it’s an ongoing battle, so it’s an ongoing thing of realizing how blessed you are and what you got to be happy about in the day and I have so much.”

We’re glad to hear she’s on the mend, and we think she’s doing an amazing thing opening up about her mental health!
