While the 2016 Emmy Awards boasted its most diverse batch of nominees in history on Sunday night… there’s still work to be done.

That’s because despite historic wins for African American celebrities like Regina King, Sterling K. Brown, and Courtney B. Vance, the Emmys still had trouble identifying all of their nominated actors of color.

Just look at how the official Twitter account for the event introduced Terrence Howard on the red carpet:

Seems innocent enough, right?

Well… that is, until you realize that the Emmys first sent out a tweet accidentally welcoming Cuba Gooding, Jr. to the carpet, saying:

Just look at his face — he seems to know the pic will be used badly…

While mistaking the Empire actor for the American Crime Story nominee was probably a simple mistake as opposed to something truly sinister… it just serves to show how much further we have to go until we reach true equality.

Obviously, the tweet was quickly deleted, but come on!

Still, congrats on the nod, Cuba!
