While there are plenty of more serious issues going on in the world, the biggest story right now is undoubtedly Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s surprise divorce!

Since the news broke early Tuesday morning, that meant plenty of time for a TON of details and rumors to come out — but more importantly, it allowed the late night hosts to joke about it last night! LOLz!

Not only did network hosts like Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Kimmel throw some jabs the A-listers’ way… but Conan O’Brien, Chelsea Handler, and even Trevor Noah got in on the fun!

Fallon took a brief moment during his show to make light of the split, saying:

“It’s pretty scary when even Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are like, ‘Eh, I can do better.”

Oh, don’t worry, it only gets better!

Kimmel also quipped about Brangelina during his monologue, saying:

“You know, there are a lot of important and life-threatening and world-changing things going on lately. Sometimes it seems like more than ever, but none of them are as foundation-shaking as the news we received about Brad and Angelina today.”

JK went on to joke that the “very sad” news was actually “also very great news” for Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift… who are probably THRILLED someone else will knock their breakup news off the covers of magazines.

Well, he ain’t lying!

Interestingly enough, Conan kept things pretty light as he made a quick joke about their custody battle, saying the couple would “share custody 50/50. He’ll take 50 kids, she’ll take the other 50.”

As for another cable network late night host, Noah took a moment to address the heartbreaking news, lamenting:

“I can’t believe Angelina is leaving Brad. So no more Brangelina? Is this a Brexit? Is that what this is, a Bradsit? Angeleavya? What is this? But seriously, you think you guys are devastated? Think about how Africans are feeling right now. These two were our only way out. How do you think I got here?”

Interestingly enough, Chelsea ALSO chimed in as she joked:

“This episode was also brought to you by Brad and Angelina’s divorce. Brad and Angelina always said they wouldn’t get married until everyone could get married, and I always said I wouldn’t get married until they got divorced. So, I am officially accepting proposals.”

As for Corden and Colbert… well we’ll let you check out their jabs for yourself (below)!!!

Rest in peace, Brangelina.
