Donald Trump Responds To NSFW Sexist Conversation Leak — And So Does Hillary Clinton! See What They Said!

It takes quite the scandal to get an actual apology out of Donald Trump.

On Thursday, the Republican presidential nominee was faced with the release of a 2005 recording of an extremely lewd conversation about women he had with Billy Bush when visiting Access Hollywood to talk about Celebrity Apprentice.

In the uncovered audio, Trump bragged about pursuing a married woman, going up to women and kissing them without asking, and even occasionally grabbing “them by the p*ssy.”

Shortly after, Trump released a statement chalking up his gross comments to “locker room banter” and threw in a Bill Clinton dig for good measure.

But in a somewhat unprecedented move, the business mogul actually apologized! He said:

“This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended.”

While we’re almost impressed Trump had the ability to apologize, his remorse is clearly just for damage control.

Naturally, Hillary Clinton‘s campaign was quick to address the controversy with a simple tweet:

As for Bush, who can be heard chiming in with Trump’s crude banter in the recording, the Today Show host appears to have deleted his Twitter account completely.

We have a feeling the TV personality is getting his apology together…
