The truth is out there!
As you probably know, Tom DeLonge, former guitarist and vocalist for Blink-182, has a bit of an obsession with aliens and apparently he emailed Hillary Clinton‘s campaign manager about extraterrestrials!
The Angels & Airwaves singer has not only made references to his alien obsession while he was a part of Blink with songs like Aliens Exist, but the artist has written a book with UNC Charlotte Shakespeare professor A.J. Hartley as well!
The book, Sekret Machines Book 1: Chasing Shadows, is part of a transmedia project that includes a three-part series of fiction novels, a documentary film, and new music from A&A!
And according to the most recent Wikileaks dump, DeLonge has taken his other worldly interests to the government as he emailed Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta last October about potential little green men! The guitarist wrote:
“Hi John- Tom DeLonge here,
The one who interviewed you for that special documentary not to long ago. Things are moving with the project. The Novels, Films and NonFiction works are blooming and finishing. Just had a preliminary meeting with Spielberg’s Chief Operating Officer at DreamWorks. More meetings are now on the books- I would like to bring two very ‘important’ people out to meet you in DC. I think you will find them very interesting, as they were principal leadership relating to our sensitive topic.
Both were in charge of most fragile divisions, as it relates to Classified Science and DOD topics. Other words, these are A-Level officials. Worth our time, and as well the investment to bring all the way out to you. I just need 2 hours from you. Just looking to have a casual, and private conversation in person. –Here are some photos from the material I am using as I meet with Studio Partners.
Best, Tom DeLonge”
Of course Tom isn’t randomly reaching out to Podesta as Hil’s manager used to be a senior advisor for President Barack Obama before stepping down in February 2015.
John and the musician have more in common than you might think too, seeing as how the campaign manager once said his “biggest failure” of 2014 was “once again not securing the disclosure of the UFO files.”
Interestingly enough, DeLonge sent Podesta ANOTHER email in January this year which suggested that “General McCasland” had information regarding the famous Roswell crash. The second note read:
“When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago. He not only knows what I’m trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He’s a very important man.”
Though no meeting was ever recorded between Poresta, DeLonge, and anyone else, we’re CERTAINLY interested to see where the singer’s investigation takes him!
