Even though Taylor Swift is a public figure, not everything needs to be seen by the public.
As we reported, radio host — David Mueller — is suing the Bad Blood songstress after he was fired by his job for allegedly groping the singer before her concert at the Pepsi Center in June 2013.
In response, TayTay countersued the Denver DJ for sexual assault and battery.
Fast forward to last Friday, the 26-year-old and her lawyers say there are photographs that prove she was assaulted… and they don’t want you to see it!
Taylor and her team filed a motion to seal hundreds of pages of court documents — including said photos — because it could taint the jury pool in Colorado.
According to the motion:
“In addition to the likelihood of these documents swaying a jury, it is all but assured that the photograph will be shared for scandalous and prurient interests ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ reasons that have nothing to do with the public’s interest in the Court’s decision making.”
If the judge dismisses the lawsuit against Taylor, there — of course — will be no trial, which means the scandalous photos will never surface.
We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law!
