Carrie Underwood Reveals Exactly How She Got In The Best Shape Of Her Life!

Have you ever seen Carrie Underwood‘s legs?

That should be all the proof you need to know momma is in SHAPE.

Between rocking out night after night on her Storyteller tour and having her 20-month-old son Isaiah on the road, Miz Underwood somehow finds time to make sure she’s putting in work at the gym.

How, you may ask? Well, the 33-year-old has “splurged” on attaching a mobile fitness studio pulled by a Ford F-150 on tour, which she works out in 1.5-2 hours a day with her trainer, Eve Overland.

Carrie explains to People:

“When we are on the road, my day is me doing a show, me being a mom ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ and those worlds colliding … We usually work out for 1.5 to two hours a day. That’s warmup and cool down. It really is time for me.”


“My shows are intense physically, and I’m running around all over the place and singing at the same time: I need to be able to do that; I need to feel like, ├óΓé¼╦£I got this.'”

On staying motivated, the co-host of the 50th Annual CMA Awards says:

“I like having goals, like, the CMAs are coming up. I have a lot of gorgeous dresses to wear. I’m still working on fittings; I need to get my hair done — Momma’s got to kick it into high gear!”

Another fitness passion of Carrie’s is her Calia athletic collection:

“We try to tailor these things for the busy, do-it-all ladies, myself included.”

The American Idol alum admits she works hard so she can enjoy cheat meals at her husband Mike Fisher’s NHL games:

“Hockey season is upon us. I enjoy hockey season and eating junk food at the games: nachos, pizza, a glass of wine or beer!”
