Even though Kourtney Kardashian works out with a personal trainer six days a week, she still manages to squeeze in even more time during her day to get it right, get it tight.

The momma-of-three dished:
“If bikini time is coming up or something I want to be shape for I’ll do dips on my bathtub and no matter what I’ll do 100 squats before I get in the shower. That way I won’t forget.”
100?! Every time? Sheesh.
“I try to work out six days a week, I love to switch it up, having a workout partner motivates me. I usually work out with [my sister] Khlo├â┬⌐ and we have two trainers who we alternate between.”
“Once in a while, when I’m feeling anxious, we’ll say let’s do boxing but usually we leave it up to the trainer because I think it’s good to shock your body.”
But it’s not all about the hours you put in the gym… your diet is equally important!
Kourt is admittedly a “food snob” when it comes to keeping her household healthy:
“I make an avocado smoothie in the morning. It makes my skin glow my hair really healthy everyone asks why my hair is so shiny. We eat gluten free and dairy free in my house, try to eat as little processed food as possible.”
The TV personality makes sure to share her lifestyle with her famous family, especially sister Kim Kardashian West:
“I love to share whatever things I’m into. I was at [my sister] Kim’s the other day looking through her freezer and said I can’t believe you have this or that and she was like you’re right and changed a bunch of her things to organic. I’m a food snob.”
