Well, in the December issue of Women’s Health, the 30-year-old proudly explained her decisions to do so:

“Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self ├óΓé¼┬ª I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

She’s not here for any of the judgements! Good for her.

Continuing to be candid, Kaley also shared what it was like to be going through her divorce from Ryan Sweeting:

“For a month straight I would talk to my horse and just bawl. Finally, I went out and the crying didn’t come. I was like, I think I actually got through this.”

BUT it was her love for horses which led her to boyfriend Karl Cook:

“Literally, we bumped arms at a horse show. We each said, ‘Oh, I’m sorry’ — and everything changed. I looked at him and he looked at me├óΓé¼┬ª”

In fact, the actress is “absolutely” considering remarrying and has even thought about starting a family:

“I’m meant to be a mom.”

And because Kaley was speaking to WH magazine, she also went on to talk about how working out is a part of her everyday routine:

“The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much. But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”

Judging by her abs-olutely amazing cover and spread, we’d say it’s definitely been working for her!
