Donald Trump’s Son-In-Law Said 2013’s Illegal Bridgegate Scandal Was ‘Kind Of Badass!’

Donald Trump‘s son-in-law may be just as worrisome as the man himself — because he actually showed his SUPPORT for New Jersey’s infamous 2013 Bridgegate scandal!

For those of you who may not be familiar with the controversy, former allies of Gov. Chris Christie had conspired to close two out of three toll lanes on the George Washington Bridge, creating major traffic jams that lasted for days.

Apparently, the massive gridlock was used to exact revenge against a Democratic mayor who didn’t endorse the governor’s reelection!

That’s right — Christie’s peeps went after their enemies by hurting the common man.

Last year, former Port Authority official David Wildstein pleaded guilty to plotting the whole thing, and testified against his fellow conspirators, who were found guilty earlier this month.

Now, the Washington Post has obtained an email from December 2013 — the day after David resigned from his position — in which Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump‘s husband, seemed to approve to Mr. Wildstein’s plan.

The email Jared wrote to the scandalized government official read:

“Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and wishing the best. For what it’s worth, I thought the move you pulled was kind of badass.”

Yeah, that’s kind of f*cked up.

This man is in Trump’s inner circle. He has the President-elect’s ear, and he’s congratulating people on their illegal, poorly thought out schemes?? Ugh.

However, Kushner Companies spokeswoman Risa Heller insisted this is just a case of poor choice of words, calling the email a “poorly worded way of Jared trying to cheer up an old friend.”

Uh-huh. Sure.

What do U think, Perezcious readers?!
