Taylor Swift‘s groping case rages on.
By now, you’ve probably seen the photo that’s been at the center of the Bad Blood singer’s sexual assault lawsuit against radio DJ David Mueller.
ICYMI: Miz Swift said the former on-air personality “reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo” back in 2013.
Now, Mueller is throwing in his two cents.
During an interview with Mojo In The Morning on Tuesday, the accused DJ continues to deny any wrongdoing — and insists he never grabbed Tay inappropriately.
“I’ve never had my day in court. I’ve never been inappropriate with a woman in my life. I want my reputation back.”
Mueller claims the whole thing was just him trying to run in the photo and quickly get his arm around Taylor and his girlfriend, Shannon Melcher, who was posing on the other side of the pop star.
He says he never groped T. Swift, and in fact, he didn’t hear anything of it until 20 minutes after when security removed him and Shannon from the venue without any warning.
“I was looking at the photographer and I tried to get my right hand, you know, behind Taylor, because [Mueller’s girlfriend] Shannon [Melcher] was on the other side ├óΓé¼┬ª My other hand was, I think, was just on my belt or on my pocket … I’ve got my hand closed and my palm down and I reach behind, toward Taylor … Our hands touched and our arms crossed. My hand was never under her skirt. I never grabbed her. My hand was not open.”
You can listen to David tell his side of the story HERE.
HOWEVER, per his sworn deposition, Taylor’s security guard – Greg Dent – says: “Well, before the photo was taken is when I saw him go to put his arm around her and him lift up her skirt. She reacted, pushed her skirt down, and jumped to the side and went closer to the girl that was with him.”
