Jennifer Aniston Talks More On Sexist Stereotypes AND Why A Friends Reunion Won’t Work!

Get it, grrrl!

On Wednesday, Jennifer Aniston appeared on Ellen and talked about those baby bump rumors and her frustration with tabloids!

The very next day, the Office Christmas Party star jumped all the way across the Atlantic to stop by Lorraine, where she talked about everything from hubby Justin Theroux to more tabloid BS to her projects both past and current.

But the most interesting bit of the convo with Lorraine Kelly came when Aniston elaborated on women’s empowerment and breaking out of sexist stereotypes in our society, saying:

“We’re seeing women through that very narrow lens of what we’re reduced down to… If we don’t have a baby, or white picket fence, or a husband then we’re useless and we aren’t living up to our purpose…”

Lorraine then chimed in, agreeing:

“…to hear you say that is very very important for people because you’re right, people put you into a box and that’s what you’re supposed to be.”

Jen also brought up the point that just by putting it out there, it doesn’t change anything — but that doesn’t mean we can’t get the conversation started!

The other MAJOR highlight of the interview was the Hollywood hottie talking about a Friends reunion! The bad news is, it doesn’t sound like it’s happening anytime soon as Rachel Green Jen dished:

“Honestly I don’t know what we would do, I think that period of time was nostalgic, our faces weren’t stuffed into cell phones, we weren’t checking Facebook and Instagram. We were in a room together, we were in a coffee shop talking having conversations, we have lost that.”

Whomp.
