As we reported in October, the estranged couple reached a temporary custody agreement shortly after Miz Jolie filed for full custody — but now more information has been released regarding the arrangement.
Even though the FBI cleared the Allied actor after the reported plane incident with his son, docs filed by the 41-year-old actress spell out more details on the temporary custody deal — which are still heavily in her favor.
TMZ reports the 52-year-old will continue to have “therapeutic visitations” with the children — Shiloh, Maddox, Vivienne, Zahara, Knox, and Pax — as well as weekly individual therapy sessions.
Brangelina will also have to attend group therapy with the kids, and Brad must participate in random drug and alcohol tests at least four times a month.
The outlet also reports psychologist Dr. Ian Russ is responsible for working out the “frequency and conditions” of Brad’s visitations with the children.
All terms of the agreement must be upheld until there’s a court order, or both Brad and Angelina agree to make changes.
Angie’s recent filing, which was signed by a judge on Friday, basically just reinforces the rules.
We’ll keep you updated as the case progresses.
