After helping out all with all her best tips for surviving your single years, the 32-year-old is serving up all natural ways for you to get rid of your hangover.
Because if anyone knows how to “still get sh*t done the next day” despite a night of partying, it’s apparently this Kardashian!
So while it’s unclear if the family will be throwing their annual LIT holiday party, the health nut spilled all on her app/website KhloeWithAK.com on Wednesday, suggesting yoga as the first step:
“Try doing child’s pose. The position is said to stimulate the circulation of lymph, a fluid in your body that helps remove toxins, AKA all of that alcohol you drank last night.”
Koko also thinks it’s important you keep hydrated! She shared:
“If you wake up with a headache and feel dehydrated, then a big glass of water is going to be your new BFF. But don’t stop there! You can also fill your system with electrolyte-packed coconut water (if you’re not allergic like I am, LOL), mint tea or lemon water with ginger to help flush out the toxins and relieve nausea.”
And finally, don’t forget to eat!
Cut the “fried and greasy” food you may be craving, and instead try a bagel and bananas or eggs, says the bombshell.
