This is so heartbreaking.
On Tuesday, Alan Thicke died at the age of 69 years old. According to TMZ, the actor suddenly suffered a heart attack while playing hockey with his son, Carter, at a rink in Burbank.
Sources say he began to have chest pains at about 11 a.m., and vomited after getting nauseous. An ambulance picked him up around 11:30 a.m.
The Canada native arrived at the nearby Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center at about noon, where he was pronounced dead.
Insiders say it’s possible that some of the TV star’s organs could be donated.
The thespian was most known for his role as Jason Seaver on the successful sitcom Growing Pains. Throughout his career, he dabbled in hosting game shows and other appearances, and even had his own talk show called Thicke of the Night.
The famous father is survived by his three sons Carter, Brennan, and singer Robin Thicke. He is also survived by wife Tanya Callau.
Our hearts are breaking for everyone affected by this tragic loss.
