Don’t Be Tardy Star Brielle Biermann Gets REAL About Her Diet & Fitness Choices!

Brielle Biermann doesn’t worry about dieting when it comes to maintaining her bikini body!

No really, Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s daughter refuses to give up her favorite foods in the name of looking good in a two piece. Hmmm, go on!

While chatting with People, the Don’t Be Tardy star opened up about her food choices as she dished:

“Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don’t have a little something sweet ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ whether it’s a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ after dinner, I don’t feel like I ate. My mom tries to force me to eat salads but I’m not a fan!”

Girl, preach!

However, the Bravolebrity isn’t just consuming junk food as her typical diet consists of a nutrition shake for breakfast, a steak dish or burger for lunch, and chicken with veggies for dinner. Sounds delish to us!

The 19-year-old continued:

“I splurge more on lunch than I do dinner, because I have the rest of the day to burn it off. I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation. I honestly can’t stick to a diet to save my life.”

Smart, smart! Of course, the up-and-comer is a gym rat too as she claims she works out three times a week. Specifically, Brielle is “addicted” to spin class.

And while Miz Biermann enjoys staying fit, the Georgia native does feel a lot of pressure to look good since she’s in the public eye. The reality TV vet noted:

“I want to feel good about myself.”
