The only thing Donald Trump excels in is pettiness.
For those who missed it, on Wednesday afternoon Donald held a major tech summit at Trump Tower. Tech heavyweights like Elon Musk, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella were just some of the attendees at the event.
Noticeably absent from the festivities was Twitter, Drumpf’s second home and favorite place to dispel his hateful rhetoric. One would think the president-elect would invite the company which allowed him to spew his propaganda to the masses…
Per the insider, the 70-year-old is STILL BITTER over CEO Jack Dorsey‘s decision to not provide the campaign with an anti-Hillary Clinton emoji.
Apparently the proposed emoji (tiny money bags being given away or stolen) would have been added to the #crookedHillary hashtag if Donald had his way. Gary Coby, the director of digital advertising and fundraising for the campaign, went on to write about Dorsey’s alleged intervention in a whiny post for Medium.
Coby, who claims the campaign spent $5 million on advertising with Twitter, ranted:
“We told them it was BS and what they were doing with a public platform was incredibly reckless and dangerous. We voiced that it was clearly a political move and telling us otherwise was just insulting. Jack maintained their talking points and stayed on message. He also pushed back on it being one-sided, because they were ‘stopping this feature for ALL political campaigns.’ But, the only other campaign large enough to have this type of deal would have been the Clinton campaign and my contacts inside TW informed me that they did not have one in place. So basically, ‘cancelling for all political campaigns’ really meant cancelling ONLY for Donald J. Trump’s campaign.”
Unsurprisingly, Donald is STILL upset over the fiasco because no one holds a grudge like he can. We’re totally not surprised Mr. Dorsey was snubbed!
So, what do YOU think of Trump’s Twitter diss?
