Khlo├â┬⌐ Kardashian has had quite the body transformation, so she’s not going to let something like the holidays ruin her fit physique!

As most people know, temptation is everywhere during the winter season — especially at holiday parties. Thankfully, on Tuesday, KoKo took to her website and app in order to dish out some advice on how to maintain your own Revenge Body during the holidaze!

Although Khlo├â┬⌐ says she doesn’t believe in “completely restricting [herself],” she emphasized the importance of maintaining balance during this particular time of year.

Miz Kardashian’s first piece of advice was pretty sound as she noted:

“Don’t show up to a party completely starving and be tempted to immediately stuff your face with unhealthy hors d’oeuvres.”

Smart, smart! Of course, when you do FINALLY hit that buffet line, Kris Jenner‘s daughter advised:

“When you hit the buffet table at a holiday party, first fill up your plate with healthy options. Round two can be for the naughty food, but by that point you won’t be as likely to overindulge. Even then, I suggest only taking one of everything at a time. I mean if I have 5 brownies in front of me, sh*t WILL go down! LOL.”

Girl, preach.

We mean, if you’re doubting the 32-year-old’s wise words then may we remind you Kardashian is on the cover of Health magazine for its January/February issue.

Not to mention, Lamar Odom‘s ex’s makeover docuseries drops on E! in January 2017. So we think Kim Kardashian‘s sister knows what she’s talking about!
