Our hearts are breaking for Debbie Reynolds‘ loved ones.
As you surely know, the Singin’ In The Rain actress passed away on Wednesday after suffering from a stroke. To make matters worse, the death of this Hollywood icon comes only a day after she lost her daughter Carrie Fisher. That poor family.
“She missed her daughter and wanted to very much be with her. She had been very strong the last several days. [There was] enormous stress on her, obviously. And this morning she said those words to me and 15 minutes later she had a stroke and virtually left.”
So sad. Of course, Todd isn’t the only Fisher left devastated by Reynolds’ passing.
Although Joely Fisher is NOT Debbie’s daughter, she’s known the A-lister for years as Reynolds is her half-sister Carrie’s mom. On Wednesday, the Ellen star took to Twitter and wrote:
Some of the magic people have left the tribe…for the moment I am inconsolable…├░┼╕ΓÇÖΓÇ¥├░┼╕ΓÇÖΓÇ¥├░┼╕ΓÇÖΓÇ¥

This note sadly comes after the well wishes Miz Fisher had already sent her “Mama” — who was being rushed to the hospital at the time. How heartbreaking.
We can only imagine the pain Debbie and Carrie’s family and friends are going through. Just know, we’re thinking of you all.
