Chance The Rapper Ranks Mentor Kanye West’s Albums… And It Looks Like He Misses The Old Kanye!

When it comes to ranking Kanye West‘s albums, best leave it to the professionals.

On Wednesday, Complex published a definitive ranking of Yeezy’s studio albums… which was almost immediately criticized by some of the rapper’s biggest fans.

Namely, fellow rapper and “Kanye’s best prodigy” Chance The Rapper, who corrected the publication on Twitter by posting HIS thoughts on West’s discography!

After much deliberation, Lil’ Chano threw in his two cents on the topic and delivered his personal rankings on Thursday morning, tweeting:

For those unfamiliar with the word of Yeezus… “LR” is 2005’s Late Registration and “TCDO” is 2004’s The College Dropout — his first two albums. “MBDTF” is Mr. West’s 2010’s acclaimed My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy; “WTT” is his 2011 collab with Jay Z, Watch The Throne.

Additionally, “TLOP” is 2015’s The Life of Pablo — which Chance contributed to both in vocals and writing cred — and “808’s” represents 2008’s experimental 808s & Heartbreak.

But aside from all the acronyms, one thing’s clear at first glance: C a MUCH bigger fan of K’s older work! (Maybe Kim Kardashian isn’t the muse she thinks she is after all!?)

Seeing as the 23-year-old is the 39-year-old’s most beloved prot├â┬⌐g├â┬⌐ (at the moment), we can’t say there’s too many more qualified to make this call — but we have to wonder what Yeezus himself thinks about this ranking. (Actually, he’d probably say they’re all No. 1…)

What would YOUR Kanye West ranking look like??
