Fox News Picks Megyn Kelly’s Replacements — Get Ready For A Big, Conservative Snooze Fest!

Way to not shake things up, Fox News!

Following Megyn Kelly‘s somewhat shocking departure from the network on Monday, her uninspiring and BORING replacements were just revealed to little fanfare.

While fans were hoping young, Conservative blogger Tomi Lahren would take over Meg’s 9 p.m. time slot, it looks like the sometimes sexist news station decided to stick with their own veteran reporter Tucker Carlson — the pro-Donald Trump host currently on Tucker Carlson Tonight at 7 p.m.

In an official statement announcing the change on Thursday, Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch talked about Tuck, saying:

“In less than two months, Tucker has taken cable news by storm with his spirited interviews and consistently strong performance. Viewers have overwhelmingly responded to the show and we look forward to him being a part of FOX News’ powerful primetime line-up.”

Has he though?

As for who will take over Carlson’s earlier slot, the network has tapped correspondent Martha MacCallum — a journalist who is set to host The First 100 Days, a look into Drumpf’s catastrophic foray into the presidency.

Mr. Murdoch also spoke kindly of MacCallum in his statement, adding:

“Martha is a versatile and skilled anchor who has proven to be an essential component of our news programming. For the last 12 years, our viewers have trusted her reporting and we are pleased she will be part of our primetime line-up for the first 100 days of the new presidency.”

Sounds super exciting…

To make matters even worse for FNC, it was just announced their ex-reporter Greta Van Susteren landed a gig at their rival network MSNBC — just like how Megyn’s now at NBC!!

Greta gushed about her new program For the Record With Greta in a “thrilled” message to fans, saying:

“I’m thrilled to start my next chapter at MSNBC. The network is the right destination for the smart news and analysis I hope to deliver every day, and I look forward to joining the talented journalists and analysts I respect there.”

Hmm… we can’t help but think Van Susteren just threw a shady jab at her former place of employment!

So, what do YOU think of Megyn Kelly’s replacements??
