Everything has is about to change!

Believe it or not, this is actually the longest period of time we’ve gone without a new album from Taylor Swift since her debut over a DECADE ago… but we think our drought is about to be quenched.

That’s because her bestie Ed Sheeran stopped by BBC’s Radio 1 Breakfast on Friday morning to promote his two brand-new tracks — Castle on the Hill and Shape of You — and somehow ended up promoting TayTay’s new material in the process!

After taking an entire year off, Ed even admitted he might need media training… especially after answering inquiries about whether TS6 is really about to drop so candidly, saying:

“I imagine so, yeah.”

Not the most solid answer… but they are BFFs, so he probably has insider information.

Luckily, it doesn’t seem like Taylor was too upset about the musical spoiler — she’s already fangirling over Ed’s new era on Instagram!

Aside from all the T.Swift stuff, Ed also revealed we may get an up-close look at his new tattoos in no time, teasing:

“I’ve got a music video coming out. You’ll see most of them!”

Does this mean we’ll soon be seeing a SHIRTLESS SHEERAN?!?!

But since this is Britain we’re talking about, Ed couldn’t have concluded his interview without throwing in an Adele anecdote, adding:

“I have an addictive personality, you can see from the tattoos. So my New Year’s resolution was to get off social media. I’ve got one of those little drug dealer phones -├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ untraceable burners. I told her I got a flip phone and she thought I was taking the mick out of her.”

Never change, Ed.

So… do U think we’re really getting new music from Taylor Swift soon??
