We can’t believe anyone responsible for something this horrific ever worked with children.

Now, we’re learning that the disgusting excuse for a parent used to work as a child and family social worker for Northampton County, before getting fired in 2010.

In a termination letter obtained by NBC10.com, county administrator Kevin Dolan revealed that serious “allegations of misconduct” cost the woman her job as a casework supervisor in the Children, Youth and Families division.

The specific reason Sara was let go was redacted, but Kevin maintains her “undisputed actions” violated both ethics and disciplinary codes for county employees.

Two months after she was fired, Ms. Packer’s then-husband, David, was reported for child sexual abuse, and ultimately pleaded guilty to the statutory assault of two underage kids.

His victims were identified as one of his foster children, and his adopted child.

Authorities know the Packers had fostered a lot of kids over the course of ten years, and adopted Grace — along with her brother — back in 2004.

However, we don’t yet know how many children the exes had adopted. Nor if they victimized any others.

Sara and her boyfriend are being held without bail in Bucks County, where they have not yet entered pleas.
